Jason Keepler - Founder/CEO
Jason L. Keepler, born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, is an EMMY-nominated producer, artist manager, and entertainment business executive with a versatile background spanning television and film production, professional audio engineering, artist development, and photography. As the Founder and CEO of Purple Rope Entertainment, Jason continues to expand the company’s creative reach while managing the career of Grammy-nominated artist MAJOR., overseeing his musical development and brand strategy across global platforms.
Before pursuing a career in the entertainment industry, Jason served his country honorably as a U.S. Air Force veteran for ten years, completing five overseas tours, including Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan). His leadership excellence earned him both the Air Force and Army Commendation Medals for outstanding service. During his tenure, he supervised personnel, managed logistics, and oversaw more than $3 billion in highly sensitive military equipment. His ability to integrate technical requirements with sound business practices continues to define his leadership and operational approach today.
Following his military service, Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Recording Arts and a Master of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, as well as completing advanced photography studies at the New York Film Academy.
Throughout his career, Jason has collaborated with a wide range of renowned artists and producers, including Kanye West, Sha Money XL, Veronica Vega, Malik Yusef, The Frontrunners, DJ Buddha, Dem Jointz, Ty Dolla $ign, Corey Gunz, Kobe Honeycutt, Candice Pillay, Memphis Hitz, DJ Blass, and T.O.K, among others.
Jason remains deeply engaged in his community and the entertainment industry. He is an active member of The Recording Academy’s Producers & Engineers Wing, Grammy U, and the Los Angeles Chapter of the Audio Engineering Society (AES). Guided by creativity, discipline, and purpose, Jason continues to inspire innovation and excellence through his work in music, film, and multimedia production.
Lea Zesati Keepler - Executive Producer
Lea Keepler is an EMMY®-nominated Film and Television Producer, Writer, and active National Voting Member of the Television Academy with more than a decade of experience in creative producing, physical production, and content development across television, film, and live events.
Lea’s career encompasses non-scripted programming, branded content, and large-scale event production, with a track record of delivering EMMY®-nominated projects under budget while exceeding creative and production expectations. Her work reflects a strong balance between artistic innovation, operational efficiency, and strategic leadership.
At Purple Rope Entertainment, Lea oversees creative development and production operations for Purple Rope Productions and Purple Rope Visions, ensuring each project aligns with the company’s mission to produce impactful, inclusive, and purpose-driven content. She is dedicated to mentoring diverse creative talent, strengthening funding opportunities, and cultivating partnerships that support long-term industry growth.
Her past performance includes producing and managing campaigns and productions for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, U.S. Air Force, Indian Health Service (IHS), Department of State, NIKE, AT&T Dream In Black, ESSENCE Festival of Culture, MegaFest (T.D. Jakes Enterprises), and the Holliday’s Helping Hands Shining Through Service Gala. She also co-produced the Stellar Award–nominated music video “I Prayed For You (Said a Prayer)” by MAJOR., celebrated for its emotional resonance and visual storytelling.
Lea is a graduate of The Los Angeles Film School, where she refined her production and writing craft, and Vanguard University, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership and communications.
